Suggestions pls…

Im a really dumb girl that went into a dealer and financed through them, deposit was given of $1500 first day as agreed $18,670 for a 2016 malibu lt2 94,503 miles, agent told me she will call when cleaned and ready for me to pick up. Next day comes i finance the deal but was told add ons and warranties were required to get the loan approval w low apr n monthly payments. My car total was 21,430.68 w 7.17% for 6 years leading to my total sale price w down $26,155, monthly $342.44. Manager seen my review and had me come in to remove add ons so that $1334 off and $2665 off. Asides from that issue my car was given to me and on the 4th of may i took it since car smelled like burned tire and i told my sales agent, i took it to my uncle(mechanic) by looking at it he told me return this water is in rightalgate, oil leaking from engine not sure where i did they took it to service free of charges and i still dont have a call back or answer from them asides once i called a manager he said they dont have car that sales is dealing w this now. Can i return and get my deposit? What do y’all suggest in my situation pls guide me !! Im from tx car from toyota used dealership
