Help me! Twitch emotes

I’m currently making my own twitch emotes, I’ve been working on them for a few months now (I have more then these but I feel like it’s the same issue with all of them) idk exactly what could be different but the emotes I see everyone else doing have a lot of detail and lighting and shadows and I just don’t know that I’m doing or could be done to make them better ;-; so any advice on anything that could be different tbh. The last is my most recent and I definitely feel it’s better, but still needs work
