Shutdown of third party Reddit Apps?

Till yesterday I was still using Boost for Reddit. It was a bit fraying around the edges but all in all working pretty well.

Now yesterday it just stopped working and I'm getting a ~~303~~ 403-forbiden warning. With every account and on two devices.

Was there a recent change in API policy or something?
