nose pimples/accutane

hey guys, I’ve had acne for a really long time! I would have periods where it was not that much and periods when my acne would be extremely bad. My face is finally starting to clear up, but my nose pimples are not. During the times when my face would clear up and the pimples would go away, only my nose acne stayed. I would say i probably had them for over 3 years now. This is not usual for acne right? Do you guys have any tips on how to get rid of stubborn nose acne?
