Uterine Polyp 4 years

So I was diagnosed with a uterine polyp 4 years ago. Ever since I got regular ultrasound it got slightly bigger but 0.3 is not alarming I guess. I experience mid cycle spotting from time to time but recently it’s more frequent. I visited my obgyn last month she said to remove it, she says it’s %99 benign but it bothers me. I am so freaking out that’s why I am postponing the surgery. How are your symptoms with your polyp? Anyone who decided a wait and see approach like me?
