Is novus gear worth it?

Hey guys since they released wallaru ive seen that the gear from there js practicslly the same as aeon and that made me question whether i should even farm aeon as i have no trouble questing in novus currently and people say wallaru is about the same in difficulty so should i even farm it or go straight for the new one (rn i have dragoon and darkmore gear)
