Favorite safe foods?
I’m on my third week of 0.5 and for the first time I have really been struggling to eat anything due to the nausea. I do have Zofran but still can’t bring myself to eat much of anything. I’m staying hydrated but I’m feeling weak and SO unmotivated to take care of everyday responsibilities.
I’m curious what everyone eats that is gentle on your stomach when you don’t feel like eating?
