Best times to stream?

I’ve been streaming for a year now and I’m sorta stuck on 5-7 average viewer count. I brought it up to another more successful streamer friend and he suggested it might be because of my streaming times and it made sense. I stream when I get off work 6-7cst which means most people are making/eating dinner or getting ready for bed.
