Is this what we really want?
Hello everyone! As I'm sure is true for most people, I go into public sometimes. It's a lot different than it was in 2012 when I was still in high school. I'm currently 27 yrs old, mixed ethnicity, and a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community (although I am heterosexual myself). I make this comment, because I truly don't want this post to come across as if I'm trying to drag anyone down. With that being said, I can't help but to notice all of the, what I believe to be, strange forms of expression. I'm cool with expressionism, and I think it's important. How far is too far though? Things I often see are people with cat ears, tails, etc. - Whole rainbows in people's hair, children (teens) dressed in revealing clothing, scene "vampire" kids. What is TOO far? What is TOO accepting? I'm a firm believer that it's okay to tell people no, and I think that our inability to correct certain actions will lead to degeneracy. Not to say that wearing cat ears or dressing like a vampire innately makes you a degenerate, but there's steps to the process. Does anyone else think about this or am I just turning into a "boomer"?
