How heavily would I have to invest in damage to get the tier 12 4500 milestone relic?

443 Trillion LTC, been playing for 8 months and leave my game running 24/7. I'm wondering how heavily I would have to invest into my damage to get that insane 10% lab speed relic. I have most of my workshop enchaments at 1.45 and have cl, dw and spotlight as my main damage dealers. Would I have to go full blown glass canon to be able to achieve it? Do I even stand a chance?

My damage lab are so are so low because I've been mainly doing a ehp/ blender build for the longest time and focused on a lot of other labs to get my perks finished, economy up and a solid foundation for the wall.
