The Dynamic Party Feature definitely works, and doesn’t only benefit democrats.

In my game Michigan has become a relative democrat state, Arizona and Nevada also lean democrat states while Illinois, and New Jersey and New Mexico have all become toss up states and so has Virginia. So some states do get bluer while others have gotten redder.
