Need Feedback on My Personal Finance YouTube Channel

Hi everyone,

I started my YouTube channel Kapil Varunshri earlier this year, focusing on personal finance, investing, and general mindset advice. I chose this niche because these are topics I was already reading about and researching anyway, so creating content around them doesn’t feel like work—I genuinely enjoy it.

I know that personal finance and investing is a highly saturated niche, but I still want to stand out and offer a unique perspective to my viewers. Most of my videos range from 5 to 20 minutes, and it usually takes me around 40 minutes or less to record a 10-15 minute video, including setup and retakes. Editing has been a learning process, but I’ve been improving—right now, I can typically cut and edit a 10-minute video in 1 to 2 hours.

Right now, I’m hardly getting any views or engagement. I still plan to keep making videos because I enjoy the process and I am learning a lot about content creation. However, one challenge I’ve noticed is that most of my videos get around 300 impressions in the first hour and then drop off. My impressions click-through rate (CTR) is low, and I really want to improve it.

I’d love some feedback on my channel! Any advice, critique, or suggestions on my content, editing, or how to improve my CTR and engagement would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
