Vignette road tax for temporary plates

can you please tell me if a car have temporary plates (30 days Zoll) from Germany, is it necessary to buy vignette in Czech Republic? We are spending only few hours for transit in Czech Republic.

For example, in Romania, when you have temporary plates you do not need to pay for vignette.
