Can't log into creation club

This is incredibly frustrating. Downloaded skyrim after not playing in ages and when I try to open creations it tells me to create an account. But I already have an account, and that account is already linked to my gamertag when I go on bethesda.net to check. Why isn't it signing me in? How can I play?
