Is SCP explained accurate?

I was watching limeade and the host Hunter Peterson kept bringing up SCP Explained. I pulled up the 049 video and immediately saw the info graphics animations style. So I'm hesitant to show this to my brother who also wants to know about SCP. Is it accurate to the stories themselves (I have read alot but he's not one to look at a wiki)?
