Hacker stole account and got me terminated

A couple years ago I had a Roblox account that got hacked. I managed to recover it and saw it had over 30k robux in it due to the premium constantly being renewed over the years. I quickly change my passwords and emails, etc to secure the account, and joyed in my robux by buying items etc. eventually I did some diggin around in my account and saw that the hacker had messaged everyone in my friends list with a malicious link, as well as made a Roblox game under my account that phished for data, etc. so I delete the game and try to message everyone back, beware of the scam, and think im all good. until one day I just get terminated. I try my hardest to reason with support but they always give me the same monotonous message, telling me to stick it up my rear end. It seems that nobody wants to help me and im just fcked over on this one.
