Account Recovery issues

So I have two accounts that basically have the same email, and the issue is that I don't know the password for the second acount. The only information I've gotten directly from ROBLOX is basically just telling me to send a password reset request, which I have plenty of times, even following whatever directions they send me to no avail and I can't even change one of the emails on one of the accounts because I don't receive any email's whatsoever for either one of these accounts.

I emailed Roblox support about this matter several times but they end off with the same thing. "We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry."

"We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time."

Is there anything else I can do?
