Anyone has experienced this foodpanda suspicious activity?

Today I received two emails from foodpanda (from their real automated/prompt email account for ordering). First one says I initiated an order through their pandamart. Second says my order is complete and delivered and that I paid S$40+ through a credit card for the said order.

The thing is the emails reveal that this order was done in Singapore but I'm here in the Philippines (I went to Singapore 2 years ago btw) and I don't even have a credit card for me to be able to pay for that transaction.

I checked my bank accounts and it seems that my money wasn't touched. I also checked my partner's bank accounts and thankfully nothing was deducted.

I'm worried that my personal email is being used for scam and I might be flagged by the Singapore authority that might ban me from traveling there again.

Has anyone experienced something like this? Is this something to worry about? I tried to contact foodpanda but there customer service is non-existent. I emailed them through their support email but I only received an automated reply that says they no longer use this email for support and that I should use the app for help and inquiry, but there app doesn't have any feature to reach someone.
