Body is changing but scale isn’t moving? Need advice!

I’ve been in a calorie deficit since the end of December and go to the gym 4-5 times a week (weight training with progressive overload and cardio). I’ve been tracking my calories and everything in the Lose It and I’m very on top of it.

My body is changing and even my friends and family are noticing. My clothes are looser and I’m feeling better! BUT the scale is barely moving and I’m getting a bit frustrated. When I started in December, I was around 179 and now I’m down to 174. This feels like very slow progress in comparison to things I’ve seen here. Is there something that I’m doing wrong or is this just a body recomp?
