Where to go to find petite formal dress

Hello, first time poster. I'm having trouble finding formal dresses for a wedding. A nice long dress would be ideal, but having a hard time finding something for short ladies. I'm 4'10ish and would like to find something that I wouldn't have to take in to hem. Thanks so much!
