Payment amount is 0

This is based on my 2021 submission tax year 2020. For some reason, it says I don’t need to recertify until October of next year. My payment amount is 0 until then. Will I have an issue or have to “back pay” since I currently do have an income?

I called to ask and they said no, just recertify next year but who knows if for sure I won’t have to back pay
