Tips for turning fakie 180 kickturns into reverts? [41YO]

I seem to only be able to comfortably do 180 kickturns in fakie, I’d love to evolve this into reverts and eventually monster walks. Is it just a matter of spreading my stance out over the nose and tail and twisting super hard? I can do 90 degree slides keeping all 4 wheels on the ground but can’t seem to generate the torque to go all the way around 180. Any tips? 🙏
