My outlook is breaking down

I hope y'all can help me.

1. Almost all the emails i receive have these weird tiny blank attachments, anywhere from 3-36 in a single email, with the actual attachments at the bottom of the stack. Photo of that attached.

2. More recently I've had to click "trust sender" on emails from new and old email senders alike ( mentioning in case it is related to anything).

3. The logo in my signature is often shown as a broken file when I review a sent message, and the same symbol appears about half the time I send an embedded image to someone. So I usually have to download an image and resend as an attachment instead.

4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, as of yesterday my search function only works if I deliberately select archive, or inbox, etc. there is no overarching search anymore.
