Rental: max 2 persons, includes baby?

Hello internet friends

I see often a 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) with a max capacity of 2 persons.
Does a baby counts into the max capacity usually?

FYI: we are a couple with a baby. I came alone in the NL few days ago to search for a place.
