$1150 for 1 bedroom in 4 bed apartment, Bushwick, Brooklyn
Hey, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which runs until August. Available 4/20/2025 or later.
The rent is $1150 for 1 room in a 4 BR 2 Bath apartment.
This does not include gas and electricity (but it's split 4 ways, so totals to about 80 a month per person)
The kitchen/living room is combined, and it's shared. Two guys use 1 bathroom each. There's two rooms on one end, two rooms on the other.
You'll have three big windows.
The lease runs until August. At that point, you will have to re-sign.
This is in Bushwick, about 10 minutes walking to the J line Halsey Station. About the same distance to Gates station.
You will have 3 roommates. They're all male. They're all nice guys, easy to get along with.
Looking for: Clean, respectful, and responsible, doesn't mind cleaning up after themselves. Mid 20s-mid 30s male preferred, no pets. Preferably works out of home as two roommates already WFH.
