Any tips for a lost baccalaureate student

I'm a second year baccalaureate student physics major I really need some tips what should I do after bac ? Any high recommend university here in Morocco? Or should I apply to study abroad? I'm really lost I don't know what to do ? I live in Marrakech last year I was science math i get 17 in the result and for the regional exam I got 19.20 I'm really scared for what next because I don't have any ideas for what I'm gonna do even if I'm interested in medical field I heard about um6p in ben gerir there are a lot of hype about is it worth it but it's a private school and also my parents financial condition it's not that good Pls anyone have anything that could help me ???
