Can You People Stop Capturing Monsters When It Is Not Your Quest

This has increasingly become a pet peve for me because the titles don't count for captures only hunted. Times I could solo the monsters but I enjoy the coop aspect of the game. It's quite annoying when more than 75% of my quests that someone is so impatient they have to capture instead of spending another 2 minutes killing it. I understand it if there is one life left and we wanna make sure we secure the quest but my god is this so frustratingly annoying I've had to make a quick emote that says don't capture....

Edit: Seems I was misinformed and was under the impressing the hunted section meant kills and xaptured meant captured not that hunted was kills and captured combined. Relatively confusing that they break out the captured and theb combine them for overall hunted.
