ATS3327: ONE OF THE BEST ELECTIVE UNIT!
ATS3327: True Art of Happiness and Science of human flourishing
This unit is one of the best electives I ever took and teaches you about how you can deal with stress and relationships using mindfulness practice. In terms of assessment, there is tutorial participation, weekly quizzes, reflection every 2 weeks, and a Final essay. Tutorials are excellent because you get the opportunity to try many mindfulness practices and engage in reflective discussion.
Overall there is not a lot of workloads for this unit, but I HIGHLY recommend anyone who's looking for an elective that helps to reduce their semester workload.
