Meta quite litterally deleted my account and bricked my vr headset after updating..

my account is straight up gone, email cant be found i logged in with the exact credentials i logged in with originally and nothing it made a new account for me and everything is gone, no steam vr no games no nothing cant even get past the login code in the vr 8 digit code that cant be used, no way to exit it no x button nothing, my vr headset has been reduced to a pair of sunglasses.
