[SPOILER] AAMC Cars QPack Question
Suppose that Socrates had said to his prosecutors, "I will obey my god rather than you." How would this information affect the claim that the prosecutors were correct to accuse Socrates of not believing in the city gods?
A ) It would refute the claim.
B ) It would support the claim.
C) It would support the claim if it could be shown that the god to whom Socrates referred was an Olympian figure.
D ) It would support the claim if it could be shown that the god to whom Socrates referred was not an Olympian figure.
I would understand why D is correct if I knew that city gods = olympian gods. I was really lost because I wasn't sure if the cities gods and olympian gods were the same. Could someone guide me on where in the passage this relationship is implied?
