NEET Registration doubt!!

Hey guys...so ive a hit a snag during final submit of application..like for my email address..the first letter is actually supposed to be in small case..but in the preview it shows capital letter...

At first i thought it was an error from the server side..but for my alternate email address the first letter is also small case and it is as well in the preview! (Its correct) So im doubtful now..

But there is no option within the registration page to alter primary email..only alternate email address..but if i had accidentally given the wrong spellings for my email during registartion itself..then i wouldnt have gotten my registration confirmation email..so im worried if this is going to make problems...

So basically...TLDR : HAS ANYONE FACED ANY CASE ERRORS IN THEIR FINAL FORM PREVIEW OF EMAIL ADDRESS???
