Unable to withdraw?

Stuck in an endless loop of connecting my checking acct via Plaid. Seemingly connects no problem, then when I click on "Withdaw (Bank Transfer)" I only get prompted to connect my bank acct with Plaid again! Never get an option or prompt to actually withdraw any money...
