Where is der Goldene Kanzler (Alfred von Tirpitz)

In the OG lore Alfred von Tirpitz, secretary of state and naval officer, was the Reichskanzler from
1923 to 1930. But in the newest rework he is gone. Replaced by Ulrich von Brockdorff-Rantzau.
