Newbie confused with which packs to buy!

I'm a newbie that started a few days ago.

I have enough free diamonds/crystals saved for 80 pulls on the timeless melody banner. I would like to purchase packages to get me to the 180-200 pulls I need. I know normally the monthly login + battlepasses are the best deal, but is that still the case for me?

I'm currently at the battlepass thing level 30, and there's only two days left to log in before the banner changes so I'm not sure if I should still get these. Right now I don't want to commit to logging in every day for the next month, so I don't want to buy them if they're only beneficial over the long term.
