I think I messed up my game.

I kind of went off path from soaring with the Swan straight to to Stonecrown and now I'm stuck and can't advance... on top of that...I think I broke my game because now, it's never sunny. It's only storms and 3 tornados. With the storm, the Pieceys don't come out, so I can't interact and progress in the story.....I think I messed up...please help.
