How to find a job after pass AZ 104?

Hello, I write to you all for one simple question.?Today i pass the az 104, it was not easy at all. I have start learning azure from january until now, first i pass AZ 900 and now AZ 104.

I live for 2 years in Germany, now im not working as IT, i have another job.

Before 5 years have work as Web Administrator ( publshing website, maintaining website etc ) i also finish CCNA in 2014, but i do not renew the certification. I think i understand tech and i am a quick learner.

What do you suggest me to start an IT Career here in Germany?
