Can’t update ownership on Bluelink

Just got a 2023 Tucson but it’s still registered under the previous owner. I’m trying to update the ownership by uploading the necessary documents. Every time I go to upload it says there was an error uploading this file delete and try again. I delete it, upload again and submit. That file is fine now but the others are getting an error. Has anyone else had this issue?
