Confused that it won’t let me sleep with them?

I have 5 hearts with jessie already and even went as far to do a second date with her after already getting the 5th heart and have no clue what’s up. Been searching for answers but haven’t seen anything yet? Just fr confused First time playing this game myself but everyone else that I’ve seen just gets to the bedroom automatically after getting the 5th heart
