Switching Coax Access to New Outlet in Apartment

Wanted to see if I could figure out how to provide internet access to a different coax outlet in my apartment without requesting a tech.

There’s 3 coax outlets in the apartment so I’m assuming all I need to do is try different connections till I get the room I need up and running.

I also attempted to unscrew the current connection but couldn’t move it for the life of me with one plier. Are there some tips and tricks or do I need a specific tool for this?
