how quickly can i reach ar60

i'm a relatively OG player but quit a couple months before sumeru and got back into the game in the summer. i've been playing since then and grinding for the past few months. i used to be a very lazy player and barely did quests or explored and so i've tried catching up on that idk exactly what AR but i was either late ar 54 or ar 55 and now im 57. i have like 10 story quests and less than 40% exploration (world quests included) in sumeru fontaine and inazuma (everything else 100% or close to that) how quickly could i possibly get to ar60?
