NuCore flooring

As there are many conversations on LVP products I decided I would post on Floor & Decor NuCore/ Duralux and whatever trash LVP products they may sell. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to big box stores like them. They do honor their warranty even though it is supposed to be lifetime. Serious denting and planks not staying together. As with many of us unsatisfied customers I can tell you do not ever use them. No reviews are able to be left on their own website(gee I wonder why) an F on BBB and no one’s complaints are ever answered. All of us are trying to start a class action lawsuit against them as we are talking with a lawyer now. If you are one of those unlucky, unsatisfied customers call Matt Metzger 513-488-1135 to have your name added to our long list. Do your research and check reviews on any flooring you may find and purchase. Look at the ratings on BBB and other sites and if companies answer and care about their products they sell and are willing to come to an agreement for both parties satisfaction. Good luck in finding great flooring elsewhere.
