V-Buck missions not showing

I have plankerton unlocked and almost done with one more shield defense before doing the final mission. Is there anything else I have to do to unlock it? Or am I just blind? If anyone can post a photo of the missions location that be appreciated.

Edit: yes I'm a founder. Looking for the side quest that apparently unlocks it.
