Can luck, coincidence, or other ideas such as manifestation exist within existentialism?

If existentialism points to an absurd world with no meaning or direction, wouldn't that entail things such as luck or coincidence to be a purely made up construct? Wouldn't "luck" simply be the universe acting in its indifferent ways? Also, how can manifestation have any validity if we are the only ones responsible for our individual freedom and nothing else in this world? The world acts spontaneous disregarding any beliefs...
