Etsy constant blocking

I do commissions so I keep in contact with customers a lot and send images back and forth of progress and what they want changed in the piece.

Starting just a day or two ago, I've been getting the "You are blocked" message tons of times when I'm trying to message customers.

Clearing my browsing history, cache, cookies, and all that would fix it for a while, but it kept coming back. Now it's doing it almost immediately after clearing all of those.

The app still works without issue, but this keeps happening to me on browser. I've tried using both Chrome and Microsoft Edge and it happens on both of them.

Anyone know what the deal is? It's driving me bonkers.
