So, I just finished Beach Read and have mixed feelings

I was so loving it up to the end. Like… I felt it was somehow underwhelming?? Not sure if something was missing or there was too much.

I was so ready and making it my favorite of Emily Henry so far (Book Lovers being my #1) but that part of the surprise party and proposal were not it, it didn’t feel right 😩
