Friend inspired me to do a commander deck that is not creature centric like my other ones are

I was indecisive with what to do with green white other than their natural counters and token strats, but that didn't sit right with me since I already done that with my zombie and goblin tribal. I was inspired and want to make such a deck with whatever combination is best for this idea: blue, white, and black. I heard that blue white is mainly stax, and I've already tried a little bit of that which was miserable. So I was wondering if either blue black, see what blue white brings again other than stax, or blue black white would be better for this challenge? Also, what archetype or theme would this not creature centric deck would you call this? We are a casual group, but are not afraid to power up our decks. The only condition is no stax period. Everything else is fair game.
