Is Kaalia of the Vast worth building around?

I love what this card does, but I was wondering if I should build this commander despite being a 2/2 and will always be easy to remove? I love it that I can plop cards on the field like Demons, Angels, and Dragons, but I was wondering if I’m better off with doing another commander like Demon Tribal or something? Thank you all so much!
