Can I clean this at home?

My dog got car sick and threw up on my leather perforated seats. After the accident, I wiped up as much as I could, but I can tell some of it got stuck in the holes. My friend told me to steam it and wipe but I feel like that would make it worse because my seats have seat warmers (wires underneath) any suggestions?
