Help to cover cables

Morning. I am looking for something made of plastic to cover the cables, etc. The original wouldn't fit because I had to make new holes etc and the cables were tiny. It's a miracle it is up there after 3 months... Any ideas where I can buy a cover that can be opened as a semi circle. I am not going to disconnect the lamp for it. Thanks
