Rangemaster Kitchener Dual fuel

Hello guys

I bought a used gas hob, and got home to realise it has some exposed fiberglass insulation at the back end below And the plate covering it is also missing

Can someone guide me what all parts am I missing and should I just buy the plate and new insulation to replace it?

Can't find a video or anywhere i can know what all parts go there.

I am pulling my hair someone help me with the parts I need and link on how to fix them.
